They were really nice and helpful I loved the rooms they were very nice and cozy
I have filed a complaint with the actual Hotel, the Better Business Bureau and choice hotels and I will also be making a call two choices as soon as I get my survey I would be very careful about staying here. This hotel feels like a money grab and treats guests poorly. They push for cash payments even when you’ve charged room fees to a card. Very poor hotel. Very weak WiFi in the room, didn’t connect on phones. Bugs were seen around room, no soap or shampoo was in the room. Talked with staff at front desk they were very lackadaisical about it. Won’t ever been staying again.
This was not a 4 star hotel. We arrived Friday night and noticed dried mud and other debris on the stairs (no elevator). They were not cleaned yet by Sunday afternoon. One of our pillows was extremely thin and had what appeared to be urine stains on it. The bathtub felt unsteady and the faucet was off kilter. Holes in the walls, gorges on the headboard and the ceiling was separating at the taping. There was no complimentary breakfast but Bob Evans and Denny's next door.
This place is absolutely disgusting, there were stains all over the bed and walls as well as the bathroom , not only that toe nail clippings on the floor and the microwave had mold ! And to continue on they won’t refund your money even though this hotel being nasty is on them !! 0/10 recommend there was no manager on site to talk to absolutely terrible I hope you all never go here it is not worth your money !
