They were extremely rude. It took them over a month just to come out after I wrote the first check then several weeks to finish a small job. When they finished and left I noticed several chips and scrapes in the tile from where they moved things back in. My boyfriend asked if they were charging labor for 1 or 2 people bc there were 2 there but only one working and he was told 2 bc the other guy owned the business. Workmanship was of average quality. They came out and the worker bee got to work and was very focused and seemed to want to do a good job. The owner observed and gave advise and direction. The owner had come out and assessed the work, offering his ideas about how to do the repairs. I regret not writing this down b/c when they got here, he was going to shortcut the work.
