No customer service or indication that they will return a request for purchasing parts. (OWH 250 model). Had a combustion chamber weld break (possible over heating) on a unit we purchased 8 years ago. How to get a replacement or repair is now up I the air????
Do not buy from this company!! We purchased a waste oil heater End of December 2017 for over $10,000. Heater shipped in April 2018. After trying to install the heater, we found the oil pump assembly to be missing and the chimney pack missing also. We tried until July to get the company to send us the parts because the heater will not work with out it. After numerous emails and calls, we were told lie after lie and its Sept and we still do not have our parts. Finally had to dispute with the credit card company. Still waiting ... read more
