Had a bad experience with Econo in Charlotte, NC. Paid for their supreme and got the deluxe least expensive paint job. Took longer than they said because of paint sprayer problems. It looked like a cheap paint job when I got back. Didn't have much of a shine on it. They gave me the warranty for one year which is what the basic deluxe is. The worse! A waste of time and money. My car still needs to be painted. Don’t go out unless you want to feel like me or you got money to waste. I made a big mistake. My car is supposed to need black not I see green everywhere! A mess!

Hello everyone, my name is Theodis Wade. I beg everyone to please don't go to this place for any type of work for your vehicle. Please! They do not fix your body work, they only bondo over your dents. They will not, and I REPEAT they Do Not honor their warranty! The worst location you could ever take your vehicle to paint it my vehicle twice and ruined it I have to get an attorney to try to make them make it right they don't honor their warranty they told me that they fired the last two painters that painted my car that's not my responsibility how do you run a business when you don't have a reputable person that can paint it's terrible I wouldn't take my car there for no reason at all again and I suggest that you don't either if you want a good paint job just look around there's oth... read more

Sunset boulevard is the worst econo paint shop that you could take your car to they ruined my 2012 CTS I waited 45 days to get it repainted and then after it was repainted they told me the painter was fired someone else painted it and after 10 more days with the new paint job the paint turns to Orange peelings all over the car there was only a smooth spot here and there looking forward to obtain the lawyer and going to court to try to get my vehicle straightened out or get compensated for what's it going to cost to repaint t... read more

DO NOT TAKE YOU CAR HERE! I brought my car here on 01/10/2023 and the paint job was absolutely terrible, they do not sand your car at all! WORSE then that they will joy ride in your car and tear it up and give it back to you and tell you its your problem. Currently seeking a legal advice to make them take responsibility for their employees actions. Date was provided I do not have the invoice number, Tim Jordan and Edward Hornes are very familiar with this incident. Will not be hard to track down the issue.

I recently had my 2006 Tundra painted by Econo in Largo. Terry was the professional who assessed my truck. He was thoughtful, courteous and very professional. My truck was in very bad need of a paint job and now my trucklooks beautiful, I couldn’t be happier. I did not expect the truck to Look this good. I highly recommend the Largo location.

I set up with Greg, the manager at the Fort Pierce location to bring in my truck to be painted, and my trailer subsequently. They were both supposed to be green. The truck went first (paid cash, the only option they say), but it came out black instead of green. Greg was willing to repaint (as should be expected), but couldn't get me in until after a month because it needed to cure before they resprayed it. I called him a month later. Took my wife’s Jeep Cherokee to Econo for a paint job. The existing paint wasn’t in terrible condition but had some spots I wanted fixed so figured I’d get the whole thing repainted. I paid for the most expensive package and it was the worst paint job I’ve ever seen. Overspray everywhere and beyond orange peel, it looked like they used a roller brush.
