Dan was prompt, clean and professional. He repaired our SubZero and enjoyed our poodle. He is always welcomed at our home. We called several companies, and Econo Appliance Repair gave the best price and did work same day when others were saying weeks. Awesome experience!
Extremely pleased with their services. They called me during their scheduled window and arrived within it as well. The owner was present during the appliance repair as the technician was completing his training. This shows me that everyone at every level in the company is concerned with doing repairs correctly and efficiently
My technician, Scott,was very good. They were able to come same day to diagnose malfunctioning rollers in our dryer and replaced them. Dryer running much smoother and quieter now. They came back a few days later to clean dryer lent trap and were prompt, efficient and professional. I will be using them for all of our appliance repair and maintenance needs in the future.
Scott was fantastic and troubleshooted my problem through a series of appliance checks that saved me money. He was great at communicating and let me know about status of parts and scheduling. Another plus, he offered tips and advice on things I wasn’t in the know of. I’d definitely recommend this company!
I had the best 5 Star experience with this company. It was beyond wonderful to talk to actual people in their office who could immediately scheduled an appointment as well as answering my questions
