My unit needed service, and Ben showed up within the hour after making contact. Very efficient and courteous! Very happy!
The two Bens both had great costumer service and left a clean job
So they came to our home found nothing wrong except we wired the thermostat wrong. We are neighbors so that’s why I reached out? Then I was told for a simple thermostat to ac and heat 400 dollars and for a Wi-Fi one 600 plus dollars I live mile away. I can’t believe and was told if I get my own thermostat the office would call and give an estimate non of that happened. So I paid 85 dollars just to have to get someone else out here.
