This company is in liquidation. Unfortunately we were sold solar panels that have not even come close to being able to cover the cost of electricity (this is before the price hikes ) as promised by the salesman. We were assured a guarantee- of course when the numbers came in and we went to seek assistance we couldn't get through We are now paying more for electricity and more for the panels. I have been trying to contact Econnect everyday for the past two weeks by phone (cannot leave a message as box is full and asked to ring back in 15 minutes and the same reply). Have tried to chat thru messenger three times in the last 5 days and no reply. Tried to send an email only to have it undelivered. So how can I speak to someone.
There is no after-sales service. I have called numerous times and sent email and get no response. The system is constantly off line and not responding to any rebooting. Just cannot seem to get a response which is disappointing as the install team were great.
Had some enquiries recently which where answered quickly.
