Very rude guy on the phone, lazy group. Told me the delivery Guy leaves in 15 minutes and I needed it delivered today like I told them this week. They said even if I make it there in 14mins he's going home and then told me to go somewhere else! Wow what horrible customer service.
Poor communication, they don't respond to their website forms requests. Bobcat stopped working, it took 2.5 hours to get a replacement, losing critical time. I ordered for a day, they didn't pick it up, then charged me for extra time. Zero communication on how their rentals work, equipment and the "contract" they will use against you. The fuel charges are ridiculous, too. I could keep going, just frustrating and disappointing experience.
