Poor communication, they don't respond to their website forms requests. Bobcat stopped working, it took 2.5 hours to get a replacement, losing critical time. I ordered for a day, they didn't pick it up, then charged me for extra time. Zero communication on how their rentals work, equipment and the "contract" they will use against you. The fuel charges are ridiculous, too. I could keep going, just frustrating and disappointing experience.
These guys are great! I have rented several things (compressor, nailer, pressure washer, etc.) from them and don't go anywhere else. They are always reasonable and easy to work with!
