I ordered a black door seal from Eco Master but was sent a bronze anodised seal instead. When I contacted Ryan at Eco Master, he initially dismissed my concern and simply sent me a photo of a black seal and my order form. After I provided photos proving I had received bronze, he reluctantly agreed via email to arrange an exchange. Having switched from gas to electric, we were looking for a solution to sealing the old floor vents.
