Great DIY products to save energy and money. Maurice's videos are excellent. The self-installed Ecomaster Draught Dodgers have worked really well on the old doors and windows of our 1908 Edwardian era house (see photos).

Needed some insulation last minute for a tight roof space. Was given great advice over the phone to maximise the available R rating and had insulation in my hands the next day. Service was above and beyond expectations , even with a broken down truck they were able to get delivery to me for enough of my order to keep me ahead of the builder. To top it off the various Youtube videos make self installation a breeze and help keep builders up to scratch as well! Will be ordering from them again in the future.
We required our floor and wall insulation to be wider than the more common size of 450mm, and as such we knew we needed to purchase made to order products at 580/600mm. I first called their customer service and had a really polite response advising me of expected times for the made to order products. After ordering online, to my surprise, it arrived super, super quickly (despite being made to order!). What a wonderful experience we have had with EcoMaster.
Very friendly, and helpful. They didn’t try to oversell to me. They were very patient with questions and they have some great diy videos which are easy to follow.
