I’ve used EcoMaids for a few years now and the last several times I’ve had to go over and re-clean missed spots when the cleaners are not even staying for an entire hour and just rushing through. The staff are always very nice and courteous but I’m disappointed that it seems the quality has gone down recently. Update: they did offer to have someone come back and touch up the missed areas which I appreciate.
Be aware. This company will change the price at will with no notification. At first they give you a list of service and what they cost. Then, if the job is not done in the time they estimate, they invoice your automatic payment whatever they say time it to with no explanation or proof of why the extra time was needed. Matter of fact they do not notify you at all other than posting the invoice on the website but there is no information on the extra charges. EcoMaids does a great job. The house feels so good after they’ve cleaned. Really appreciate the office staff as well.
They came in as scheduled on time on budget and did a fantastic job doing a deep clean for our my house and I highly recommend them
