The environment The facial and all the product/skincare tip recommendations are amazing! This was my 3rd facial and every time I end up leaving on a cloud. My skin feels and looks amazing and I feel so restful. Highly recommend!!
Nichole is the best! She does an incredible job. The Ecology Room has such a cozy and relaxing atmosphere and it is truly the best facial I have had in Rochester!

Nichole has magic hands, I swear! I went to her for a second time yesterday evening for a signature facial and I am hooked. I will continue to come back to see Nichole in the future! The products she uses are gentle and smell natural and refreshing, and her facial, neck, and arm massages are transcendent. So happy I found her!!
