After they did the work, their field guy refused to honor a discount the sales rep had promised. I have contacted management multiple times to resolve this issue, but I have not gotten the courtesy of any response at all. With their silence, they earned just one star. Once I posted a one star review, THAT got their attention. After the equivalent of telling me "the dog ate my homework", the owner did send me a check for MORE THAN the disputed amount, so ok, it took awhile but he did the right thing.

Fellas….. I am impressed by Ron’s crew..how he managed to get 5 young people to work like that is outstanding…we were very happy with y’all efforts….we feel blessed…and warm. I will tell everyone about this hard working company
