Completed an online request, called multiple times and left voicemail messages. Never received any return communication at all.

Very professional. Great job and explained it well. They took good care of me.
After they did the work, their field guy refused to honor a discount the sales rep had promised. I have contacted management multiple times to resolve this issue, but I have not gotten the courtesy of any response at all. With their silence, they earned just one star. Once I posted a one star review, THAT got their attention. After the equivalent of telling me "the dog ate my homework", the owner did send me a check for MORE THAN the disputed amount, so ok, it took awhile but he did the right thing.
