I had a great experience with Ecoline Windows. I called Ecoline after seeing some other work they had done in my neighborhood, and they were able to come out soon after the call to give me an estimate. The salesman was patient, explained the product to me, and most importantly answered all my questions and didn't rush me to sign a contract. And I had a lot of questions. run like run fast these guys are a costco dealer and I waited almost 9 months of getting nothing but lies after I took my case to the credit card fraud department and won it please stay away.
Tried to purchase a window, 3 different workers came out to measure for this, until eventually backing out after months of waiting. I had paid a deposit at this point, and after weeks of waiting for this refund and not having it, I reached out, and they falsely claimed they processed this. I will update if they ever actually process this, at this point I have paid a deposit only to be backed out on, and not refunded. Horrible experience.
