Advisor did a good job but was rather soft spoken and was hard to hear at times. Maybe I'm going deaf! But seriously he could talk a bit louder.
I had a good experience for installation! Only time will tell for the longetivity of the product and such. It looks nice, it was sealed, installers were on time and finished in about an hour. No mess left and they worked a bit later than usual to accomodate my schedule. Installers also made sure to give instructions to operate new product (things like the window screen)
Thank you very much for the appointment. Oleh was very professional and explained things well for my grandmother.
