Alesia met with us today and we are very happy with her presentation including all information we needed to complete our order. This is our second order with Ecoline and we are so happy with the product, installation staff and especially Alesia.
Alesia had been helping us from Ecoline to help us decide on our new windows. She reached timely, explained about whole process and answered to all our questions and concerns. She even helped us with great opinions on how windows should be for kitchens and living room to provide proper ventilation and privacy as well.
We replaced full house with Ecoline Windows in January. The house looks like a brand new now. Alesia helped me from the beginning till the end with Loan details and BC Hydro rebate. My heating bills went down dramatically. I am super happy with windows. Highly recommend to others.
