It has been several months now since 2 windows and a double door were installed and almost a year since the other double doors were replaced with a door and a window. We are happy with all and have had no serious followup issues. The day after the second doors were installed we discovered the locking mechanism wasn't quite lined up but they came out the next day and it was fixed in 10 minutes.
We had all our windows and doors replaced by Ecoline Windows and couldn’t be happier with the entire experience. From start to finish, everything was handled professionally and efficiently. Alesia, our project manager, was excellent to work with—clear communication, organized, and always quick to respond.
