WALK AWAY!! We had this company come in and measure for 2 windows a few years back. I am only writing this now, as we are currently getting quotes to replace the last 18 windows and sliding doors on our house. I was renovating my childs bedroom as a surprise while they were on summer holidays with my Wife. I was on a tight schedule. The woman that did the initial consult and measurements was great. I had booked an estimate appointment for a Friday from 4 to 6. They phone me Wednesday evening asking if I want to switch to Thursday for the same time. OK, I can do that. Rearranging my schedule I waited, and waited. No show!!! So I thought we'll maybe there will still come on Friday, nope. I guess they don't want my money. Their loss!!
Alesia was absolutely amazing. Such a sweet person and so helpful!!! My daughter also used your business and could not have been happier with both the sales rep and the workmanship which is why I chose your company. Best service ever!!! Just had my new windows installed. I could not be happier with this company. They were great at communicating and arrived on time for all their appointments. Their workmanship was excellent. They were very respectful and cleaned up and took away all debris. I definitely recommend them!
