We have an older log home and a lot of questions with design and function of modern windows. Alesia was excellent in explaining the quality of their windows and function. Max was extremely professional with the install and took care of all the fine detail our older home required. Couldn’t be happier with the whole process.

Had a tough experience getting started with one if their sales reps who was unresponsive (before they left to another company) but when Alesia took over our file everything went very smoothly. We love the new windows, they make a night and day difference. Maxime and crew did a great job on the install, we’re very happy. Thank you Alesia for the great job and consistent communication, keeping us informed, etc. Highly recommend Ecoline and specifically with Alesia working as your project manager!
