Update from my previous 5-star review a month ago (below): My old door had a latch in addition to the lock. The sales representative assured that the new door would come with it. He even suggested that this was a code requirement. The new door came without it and the installation crew was not aware that it was discussed as a art of the deal. After several inquiries I was told that the factory does not make the doors with latches and that the company is investigating the options. I did not hear back ever since. It's not a hug... read more
