We use ecolab products at my work. They break constantly and it takes months to get a hold of a technician. And then when they come to fix it it breaks within two weeks. Our sanitizer and degreaser dispensers are constantly breaking.
Ecolab has been fantastic for our business. Greg, our account rep, is outstanding—quick to respond, efficient, and always delivers quality work on time. We truly feel like a priority every time we reach out. Highly recommend!
Phone line is constantly busy which makes it hard to report one of their techs nearly hitting my truck while speeding through a parking lot with my kid in it. Guy has the audacity to yell at me through the window after he went around a construction barrier. Really professional!
