This is the 1st time I ever used your products. I choose to use the Industrial degreaser WOW!!!! I have tried so many products to clean the bottom of my pans, baking soda, vinegar & dawn nothing!!! I share my experience dealing with Ecolab as a small restaurant owner of 8 years. This company lacks professionality and charges very high for product and rental. Once they install the dish machine for rental for your restaurant, you will never see a technician again. The contracts require you to purchase product up to a certain amount every month, if you do not, they will penalize you with a large fee.
