in recent years their service has gone way, way downhill, I have been in the industry for over 30 years and by far they have now some of the worst customer service.
Although we really appreciated our technician, the amount of continued billing issues with no resolution was very troublesome. We were put into contact with a manager who stopped responding to our emails when we reached after continuing to get past due notices/collections threats for services we didn't receive. As of now, I would not recommend this organization but I will follow up if there is a resolution of some kind.
Ecolab ranks among the most deplorable and unethical companies I’ve ever encountered. I strongly advise steering clear of these criminals.

This is the 1st time I ever used your products. I choose to use the Industrial degreaser WOW!!!! I have tried so many products to clean the bottom of my pans, baking soda, vinegar & dawn nothing!!! I will recommend this product to anyone & I will post it on facebook. I cannot believe how well it worked. Thanks Ecolab I Love you & can’t wait to try your mold products. I will be faithful to your products
