Contacted this company due to a dead mouse facility. They came out and did ABSOLUTELY NOTHING for the issue. They claimed they couldn’t find the dead mouse, put down traps and left. Today I left early due to the overwhelming smell coming from the building. I received a call from my co-worker, he actually found the dead mouse in the ceiling… oh n it’s a push up tile ceiling. Got billed for nothing
Wow! What a wonderful service. I mailed the tick and received a response within a few days. I was also able to talk to a REAL person and receive more information and have questions answered. Is this real life? Haha I was very happy with this lab and the help I received :)
