Jason visited to identify a boiler leak, and whilst the prognosis wasn't what I wanted to hear - the boiler was on its last legs and needed replacing, rather than repairing - he took the time to explain why this was his recommendation, rather than just telling me this is what should happen. He worked diligently all throughout the day, giving me updates with how he was getting along and any hiccups he encountered.
