Jason visited to identify a boiler leak, and whilst the prognosis wasn't what I wanted to hear - the boiler was on its last legs and needed replacing, rather than repairing - he took the time to explain why this was his recommendation, rather than just telling me this is what should happen. He worked diligently all throughout the day, giving me updates with how he was getting along and any hiccups he encountered. Did not do the job correctly and ignored calls when requested to come back and address the issue.
Lost heat in our rental house, called EcoHeat and got it sorted out within hours same day. And the issue had been in the house heating system for a long time (probably since new-built), and it was not straightforward how to solve it. Impressive!
