We had a 42k Mitsubishi HyperHeat heat pump with 4 wall units installed (12k, 9k, 6k, 6k, branch box in basement). Matthew was great to work with from the start. He and his son take pride in their work, and it shows. He was extremely transparent with the quote and final bill (which came in less than the quote). Matthew submitted the NYSEG rebate for me ($4400). I asked my normal HVAC guy about rebates for heat pumps when I was originally looking into getting a system installed, and he said "I don't know. I had my Samsung Minisplits installed a few months ago and am very happy with the installation. Matthew was great to work with and did a great job explaining the system and our needs. He also was a tremendous help with the NYSEG rebate.
One of the best experiences I have had with a company. Family business that is reliable, honest, and show up when they say they are going to show up. Father and son went above and beyond to ensure that I was more than satisfied with the installation and outcome of the job they did. Highly recommend!
