Purchased Heat Pump from EcoHeat which was bought out by Atlantic Air Cleaning Specialists. The purchase included a 12 year parts, LABOUR, and compressor warranty. The unit itself gave us nothing but problems the first year. I've seen us go weeks in the middle of winter waiting for a technician to come. Additional weeks for parts to arrive. But, all issues including diagnostics, we're covered under the labour part of our warranty, so we thought. We were never charged and that almost made up for all of the system problems.
