Dog wash was not working paid $11 for warm water ONLY they did have a body wash instead but this just made my dogs hair very dry no sign to indicate only water was working. No way to ask for a refund as there is no staff.

Went to manual car wash paid with card and nothing worked. Place looks abandoned. No number to call.

A complete waste of money. I used the drive-in car wash and had to re wash the car when I got home. It didn't seem to clean anything except the windows.

DO NOT USE THIS DOG WASH. The wash is not operating correctly and seeing previous reviews it clearly hasn't been for some time. Only water comes out regardless of what cycle is selected. No signage to indicate that the wash is out of order. Attempted to contact business, phone number is disconnected and nil response to email or Facebook message. I reported to Office of Fair Trading who were also unable to contact the business.
