I talked with Luis yesterday about fixing a broken window pane. He came by today and fixed it in about 15 minutes. I'm definitely saving his contact info for future purposes. I have a major renovation project going that requires timing and performance from the various service providers - sheetrock installation, interior painting, floor refinishing, etc. Everyone agreed to the schedule and has performed well except Eco Glass. They completely failed. They were cooperative and could make the schedule until they received my 50% deposit and the problems began.
