I had a great experience with my Level 2 Tesla Charger installation. Everyone was quick to respond to my questions, and the install crew arrived right on time. They walked me through the process before starting and did an excellent job keeping me updated along the way. Bill Clinton @ Ecogen is the best! He lead the team upgrading the electrical at our house when we installed solar. After the install we had some issues of excess consumption that Bill helped troubleshoot. While the power company and the solar company gave up in frustration, Bill stuck with me until we finally resolved the issue. It took more than 6 months but Bill never gave up. I unconditionally recommend him.
They really stepped up two times over for me after several solar companies seriously dropped the ball on an install, leaving me with a system that was put up, but never hooked up. Communication with them has been super clear, with kudos to Bill C, Dan M, Moe T, and everybody else. If I could leave 6 I would!
This team is one of the best in the business! Professional, punctual and polite! Ecogen goes the extra mile and takes pride in their work. If you need solar, backup energy or anything electrical related, this is your team!
Ecogen was very helpful showing me the solar panel system in my house that I recently purchased and ensured everything was working properly so I could start receiving energy credits. They were very professional and answered all electrical questions I had. They also went out of their way to look into switches that I did not know what they were for. I highly recommend them for any solar panel installation or electrical work.
