Cruz with EcoGen was absolutely phenomenal! He definitely went the extra mile with his service. He made sure to explain what type we were dealing with, what to do going forward, and that he was going to check further outside to see if there was any additional sources that potentially be a problem. He found them! His attention to detail was suburb and we felt pleased knowing it was not a rushed job and we were being taken care of properly. Highly recommend!!
I use EcoGen pest control for my home. I appreciate the text I receive when they are 15 minutes away and then when they have arrived. The technician, Cruz, either takes really great notes or has a great memory of my house and asks about previous issues without me even mentioning it. I find this company and the tech, Cruz, to really care about their customers. I will always recommend EcoGen Pest to family members, friends, and/or business owners. Been with them for a couple of years and it’s always been a pleasure to interact with them. I’ve never had an issues with any staff members. From the business owner, to the technicians that come out, even the front desk- they’ve always been super kind and courteous! :)
Jose always takes such good care of our home! He is meticulous knowledgeable and friendly! We have had no bug or rodent issues since since we have been working with Ecogen! We have a dog and grow herbs and fruit trees, and Ecogen has always taken care to use products that are pets and Herb friendly!
