The business here was the best costumer service we have experienced by sales members! There was no pressure to buy anything. They were so accommodating for what we were looking for and willing to give discounts for buying more than one item and we didn't even have to ask about getting a deal! This will be the only place we buy from moving forward!
We met them at the MN State Fair and we bought an E-bike. They seem to be a local company with 2 locations. If you buy from them you get service and support. They installed a rear bumper and rack, fast and friendly.
We were treated very well. Shown only what we were looking for and they were not pushy. Talked about what they had or could get from the Forest Lake store. This was unlike other stores in the area. We were then left alone to look and discuss, even try out the scooter in the store. Purchase & registration process very easy an fast. Very thorough in explaining things.
Great little shop! Scott was very helpful and accommodating. Worked with me to get 2 Mantis X bikes. Clean shop, smooth experience
Great place to buy a scooter took mine home today I would highly recommend them gave me every deal possible got a chance to ride it I'm glad I went there......
