Poor accountability and customer service. We contacted this company to provide insulation services for a new office, selecting four rooms that needed insulation. We paid for the initial insulation, the hole drilling (top and bottom of the wall), and other additional services. Once the work was done, we found they drilled holes and filled 6 offices- two of which were not ours- and missed a wall completely.
