Stoked with service and communication from the team at EcoFlow! From the initial call to day of install the team were friendly, efficient and helpful with any questions or concerns we had. The blokes who installed were lovely, stayed to ensure I understood the warranty on my new taps etc and made sure to clean up after themselves - highly reccomend EcoFlow!

I recently had an excellent experience with Ben and his team at Ecoflow Plumbing. They were not only well-priced but also incredibly quick to respond to my initial inquiry. I had two other companies no show. What truly impressed me was how they worked extra hard to ensure we had hot water for the kids to shower, especially with the cold weather we've been having. I've used Ecoflow Plumbing over the past 2 years to do work at my own residence and also to do major commercial work for the company I work for. At all times I've found Ben and his staff to be efficient, always obliging with being able to help out when I've needed to have work done at very short notice due to changes in the building schedule, his work is always professional and to the highest standards. I can't recommend Ecoflow Plumbing high enough.

Phoned Ben from ecoflow plumbing with a blocked shower drain that flooded our bathroom. His team came out the same day and were very professional and prompt with the service provided. Very reasonably priced too.

I have now used Ecoflow twice for call-outs. On both occasions, the response was quick with the plumbing issues fixed on the same day. Being new to the Hunter region, I will be using Ecoflow again should I need to. Would definitely recommend.
