On Nov 18,2024 I had a large water leak from my upstairs bathroom going through the ceiling downstairs to my bar area. The Plumber suggested I higher echo dry restoration and they came out within an hour. They said everything needed a dry out process so they brought in fans and quickly taped off the areas for their air scrubbers to dry out the ceilings and walls and flooring upstairs and downstairs. All they want is the most money they can get from the insurance which I don’t really care either. But still. Abusing is something I don’t like. They call you right away but then you have questions call them. Back. No answer. They didn’t need to do all this. No water came thru the walls nothing on my carpet it was minimum damage they still went and make a mess Don’t use this company.

EcoDry recently came to work on a leak at our condo. They stated they had to remove our granite countertops which concerned us. After they told us they would cover the cost to replace should they break it, we gave the green light. All seemed to be going smoothly and we even felt okay about our granite being smashed up because of their assurance. Unfortunately, I had a water leak, but so thankful my plumber recommended Ecodry for the restoration. I was so happy with Brandon and Bobby, the team assigned to do my demo. Their attention to detail, knowledge, professionalism, and friendliness was such a blessing to me going through this. I have allergies and asthma and they went above and beyond to keep any smells in the restoration area from moving into the rest of my house to a minimum.
