I wanted to like them- they seemed like nice friendly reasonable people who knew what they were doing. However, after the first day, they essentially “ghosted” me- not returning any of my texts, calls, voicemails, or emails. They also left a bunch of equipment at my house. It took a few weeks, but eventually they called me- not to get back in touch or to finish the job- they called in order to get their equipment back, completely unaware that they left it and that the job was incomplete. We had an emergency like no other and I had to deal with it remotely on behalf of my MamaBear. I have to say Geno was a God send! We were able to get everything repaired after our EcoDry visit, and Grade A Service! I couldn't say enough great things about this company, HIGHLY recommended.

Demo team led by Landon, with Gerson & David did a VERY thorough job tracking down and cleaning/demicrobializing our kitchen water leak. I am very confident that they got all of the mold and water damage asdressed!
