There are much better companies out there than Eco dry. Their communication sucks and the representative I had may as well have not even been involved. I had to drive the whole process.
We recently had a water leak in our primary bathroom that required mitigation. The technicians that helped us were very knowledgeable and friendly. They took time to explain the process. They communicated each step of the way. We were happy with the results and would recommend them.
Be very very very cautious lol. They do good work but: 1. Don't let them handle the insurance claim. 2. Learn the meaning of "Clean Water", "Gray Water", and "Black Water" in advance. Do with that information what you will. You'll thank me later.

They trick you into getting a contractor for repairs that is absolute CRAP. Then they turn around and claim the insurance didn’t pay enough and try to gouge you for more money. $12,000 to dry a room with some fans? Get real.
