Austin seemed nice and knowledgeable. He promised he'd work till the job got done. We really enjoyed our up-front interaction and so we hired him, with the assurance by him that he would ensure our rugs got cleaned, even if it took multiple trips. Well, simply put, he did a terrible job. The rugs looked as dirty after he worked on them as before. He promised to come back, but then wouldn't.
