These guys showed up on the morning I called. I could immediately tell he knew his profession. After Bumgarner Septic failed me tremendously and took my money, these guys came out and actually found the problem and solved it. They had all the right equipment and what they didn't have immediately available, they made a phone call and other employees promptly came for assistance. Love this company! I called several places getting quotes on septic tank pumping. Several told me they could get to me in the next day or two. When I called Eco Clean, it was much more than just getting a quote. You get someone on the phone who is genuine, and actually wants to work with you! It was such a nice experience, I got the quality work, with a little education, a big smile, and a company I'll always use. I'll take the longer wait, for the better people any day! Awesome hard working people!
We thought we needed an entire new system. Once the work was started we found out our tank was in good shape. EcoClean finished the job faster and cheaper than quoted. Awesome company to work with.
They are super knowledgeable and professional. Beginning with the office manager, promptly assured me that they were confident they had the right guy for the job and pretty much maintained a sufficient line of communication open with us. Soon there after, the technician skipped through the BS and got straight to the issue. He was in and out quickly and left no trace of his visit besides a working system.
