Very pleased with their responsiveness and willingness to explain price and procedures and willingness to do what we need them to do. Most impressed with their internal policing to make sure that we got what we were promised.
Could not have been less satisfied. This was a move in/deep cleaning. The house was relatively clean already. Cleaners didn’t wipe out the empty cabinets. Didn’t wipe the entire refrigerator (turns out there was some mold on the seals, cleaners didn’t mention it because they never actually opened the doors. I get that mold is an extra fee and specific folks may need special gloves/breathing apparatus- but they never even mentioned it. Never opened dishwasher to wipe down the top of the door. I wish I had booked them sooner. They are wonderful, they work with my schedule, they always leave the house pristine, they’ve made my life so much easier (and made my house look great!) they’re very fairly priced, and every employee I’ve encountered is so pleasant!
I had such a great experience with these guys. They were timely and thorough.
I gave this service to my working daughter and son in law for the holidays . They are hosting 5 family members for the week and the team came thru on short notice. They were so happy when they got home to a house that not only looked great but smelled so “clean” and fresh. The best gift of the holidays as they said ! Will use them again
