When our septic system began leaking I rang Maxine at EcoCare. She was extremely helpful and patient, explaining how the system works, what could the potential problems could be, what we could try to manage it ourselves and how EcoCare products could help and prevent further problems. We have a Graf ATU and have used Ecocare for the past two years now and found it to be a most useful and versatile product - not only for cleaning the toilet system and drains but can also be used for multiple cleaning tasks around the home. Can be thoroughly recommended.
I had a very slow soakage trench causing backup to septic then house. ACTIVATOR worked a treat & all is now working fine. I continue to use weekly. GREAT products & customer service is very friendly & informative. Highly recommend.
