received a “locked-in” offer from ecoATM for $91 and was given a confirmation code. When I got to the kiosk, the machine would not accept the code and reduced the offer to $80. Customer service later told me it was not actually a locked-in price, which contradicts how the offer was presented. Advertising a locked price and then refusing to honor it is misleading. I would not rely on their promotional offers again.
