Normally the machine works good but is very slow and time consuming. This time it only paid out $1 of what was supposed to be paid out then declared a jam in dispensing the money. The help line is absolutely no help, for a company that has very technical machines you'd think they could just automatically send the rest of the funds...Wrong!! Now I have to wait to receive a check for the rest of the funds that were supposed to be instant cash as the slogan says, and plus once the phones in the machine its gone.
