Did a price lock of $20 before going to the kiosk. When submitting the device after entering the drop off code it kept stating it couldn’t confirm the device condition/information (something along those lines). I then started the transaction without the drop off code and it had the same issue, so it changed the cord out for me and it worked, but offered me $14 for the same quality/condition as the price lock.
