This company should be out of business. Someone stole and sold my phone to this company. I called, they said I needed my IMEI #. I get it, they say my device has been flagged and to contact them back in 48 hours. So I do, with a claim number. The agent gets the claim number and then asks me the SAME EXACT QUESTIONS as the previous one. I give it to them, they say I should be getting an email within 24 hours.
