Machine ate my drivers license. Customer service wouldn’t process the payment for the device due to me not having my id (their machine took it!!!!!). They offered me $25 for a dl replacement that then had to be sent through the usps and checks are only mailed out every Tuesday and Thursday of the week. Extremely unsatisfied!!!! Terrible terrible terrible experience has made me never want to use this service/machine again.
