The machine swallowed my phone. I can't get it back. I've been calling customer service for an hour and I'm still waiting. No one is answering their phone and my phone is stuck inside.
No longer here Update: New machine is here. I haven't tested it.
I've used it a couple times at the entrance to the Walmart in woodland hills, best make sure your phone is charged a little bit because it needs to be on and hope you ain't got no cracks on the screen and I hope it just boots up runs enough for the software to identify the value of your phone other than that it's a ait if you don't mind getting like $7 to like $15 is what I got a couple times in less than that even with phones with no issues don't trip
