This is a joke!!! Doesn’t do a thing it claims!!! I sold my 12 pro max and the machine said the amount offered if excepted could go on a PayPal or Venmo account. This however wasn’t the case and the machine took my phone refused to pay me so I called the customer service number and after an hour on hold and an hour missed of work I was able to finally speak with someone.
