Your so called ATM is never functional and is an embarrassment to you and the organization that allows you to have a machine in its place (Wal Mart, Clarkston WA). Driving over 100 miles to perform this task at another location (Coeur d Alene, ID) just defeats the purpose of any environmental responsibility. In other words, keep your damn machines maintained!
This is for cell phones and small tablets only. They do give you cash for them though.
