Easy to use. Fast & convienent way to make a little cash off your old phone and safely recycle at the same time. Only pitfall is that it closes at 7pm. Make sure to bring YOUR valid CA DL/ID as they do verify your identity with a live rep (updated security feature)to prevent ppl from pawning off cell phones they swipe from people to make a few bucks. These machines do not give you what your phones are worth ... trying to Sell my galaxy s8 plus with works perfectly no scratches at all and they said they would give me $85 yeah right I paid $980 tout the door they can shove there machines 😂😂
