Complete scam. It's better to pawn or sell your phone over the internet. Used the app got a quote of 75$ and I even locked it in. Get to the kiosk and it doesn't want to pay me the 75 only 6. Called the company and they said "oh well". There's no cracks, scratches, dings, nothing! Charges and starts just fine. This is a scam, highly suggest selling on Facebook or let go.
