The machine is located on the second floor, in front of Cinnamon. I quoted my phone on their website before coming to the mall. Once in the mall, I followed the prompts to get my phone evaluated. The process took more than 10 minutes. To my surprise, the machine quoted only $1 for my phone, which was in perfect working condition, charged, no cracks or scratches.
