There's not one at this location anymore...
My ID was taken and was not returned. I had to call customer service then had to call security to come help open the machine to get it back also had to help open it as well. The customer service guy “Tim” told me that the reason for the ID getting stuck was because it was a paper ID “this happens all the time” he said, and made me feel stupid. Like I was the one that had over looked the message relaying the fact that paper ID’s do and will get jamed that there is a small text stating that on the monitor before hand. Well aft... read more
