I had an amazing experience at this car wash! Jacob, the manager, is truly exceptional. He greeted me with a smile and made sure I got the best service possible. The staff was friendly and efficient, and my car looks spotless! They took extra care to clean every nook and cranny, and the prices are very reasonable for the quality provided. I don’t even know how they did it… I have toddlers, which means my car is usually a mobile snack graveyard — crumbs, old french fries, mystery sticky stuff — you name it. But somehow, they made it spotless. Like actually clean. It looks and smells brand new. Amazing job, super friendly staff, and fast service. Highly, highly recommend! For $50 + tip I am absolutely blown away by how clean my car looks!
This review is to appreciate the gesture and customer service done by the Eco Wash Store Manager “Jordan Terrell”. On 05/16/2025 I was here for a Complete Interior and Exterior Cleaning of my car and by the time I was done with the Exterior Car Wash, it was 7:30 PM and their Store Manager said that they have closed the interior cleaning for the day. I am incredibly disappointed with the way Eco Wash handled my vehicle damage claim and feel compelled to share this experience so others can make informed decisions. During a recent visit, the shark fin antenna on my 2017 Range Rover—an impeccably maintained, garage-kept vehicle with fewer than 60,000 miles—was damaged in the wash.
