I didnt know what to expect when I called Eco Touch. Have had a couple carpet cleaning services in my lifetime and never impressed with either of them. Spoke with Robert and made an appointment. I met with him and from the start. Very Professional! Very helpful! Easy to talk too and listened! He understood what I needed and did everything in his power to help me knowing my situation. Holy cow! Robert is incredible! Everything turned out better than we could have hoped for. We had two recliners, a couch and our living room carpet cleaned and it was night and day with the difference! Robert was very personable and communicative with expectations. We will be definitely working with him again in the future. Highly, highly recommend!
