We had pet urine damage on the reclining end piece of our sectional. Called Eco Touch to clean the whole couch. We knew Robert was thorough and honest (when he cleaned up a blood issue on white carpet three years prior). We weren’t disappointed this time either. When the pet urine proved stubborn and partially returned, Robert came back out and retreated the area with a different approach which seems to have done the trick.
