The eco-terra team goes above and beyond to make sure that all is tended to and perfect. Saverina, was very professional and helpful throughout the process. I would recommend them a million times over!!!
For the last 5 months, our mother has been using Eco Terra for her cleaning needs, and we could not be happier. We have been able to work alongside the caring owner Saverina and her team, and our requests are always met with a positive attitude.
I found the owner Saverina to be extremely difficult to deal with. The two ladies who came to clean my house were lovely but they seem overworked. It seems they have a severe staffing issue correlating back to management. As much as i adored the ladies and their skills I will not be using their services again.
There are not enough words to express how happy I am with the cleaning that was done at my apartment. The team was punctual, professional, and friendly, making the whole experience stress-free. Before and after pictures were taken and wow what a relief it was to have Zaverina take care of this for me. If you are looking for someone you can trust, please use this company. I am so happy with the results and the price. Thank you very much Eco Terra Clean for handling this cleaning request for me. I highly recommend!!
