Worst company ever I ordered a and it wasn't even shipped after two weeks and they made me sign up for a shop which is just more marketing and invasive stuff Do not buy
Ok, after 1.5 month later still no mattresses. I lost all the patience and I can't be nice anymore. No communication, I have to inquire about production, delivery amd such. Supposedly they were out of some kind of material and production was delayed. No notice of any kind. Then finally more then a mo th later got email that it will be shipped soon. I had bad experiences with Saatva and Birch, but Cindy from Ecoterra was wonderful. Cindy answered my questions with clarity and patience, and helped me make a big purchase that I was nervous about. Please give her a bonus for great service!
Horrible. Their website says the mattress ships within 3-7 business days which was not my experience. I’m on almost week 3 without my mattress and received NO communication. Not to mention every single time I would call them, I could barely hear the person on the other end. I would have liked to try the mattress but unfortunately it never got to me. I would seriously suggest they change something. Don’t order this mattress if you need one fast.
