Horrible. Their website says the mattress ships within 3-7 business days which was not my experience. I’m on almost week 3 without my mattress and received NO communication. Not to mention every single time I would call them, I could barely hear the person on the other end. I would have liked to try the mattress but unfortunately it never got to me. I would seriously suggest they change something. Don’t order this mattress if you need one fast.

I write this review with regret, but I feel it is important to share my experience honestly. After extensive research and direct conversations with EcoTerra’s customer service, I purchased a medium firm queen mattress last year. after speaking with him he advised he would be following my order until completion. He did advise me he could not "guarentee" the exact date however would try and expedite it after that it was about one bisiness day and my order was being shipped. I do feel if I had not asked fo a supervisor my order would still be pending
