I had bad experiences with Saatva and Birch, but Cindy from Ecoterra was wonderful. Cindy answered my questions with clarity and patience, and helped me make a big purchase that I was nervous about. Please give her a bonus for great service!
Horrible. Their website says the mattress ships within 3-7 business days which was not my experience. I’m on almost week 3 without my mattress and received NO communication. Not to mention every single time I would call them, I could barely hear the person on the other end. I would have liked to try the mattress but unfortunately it never got to me. I would seriously suggest they change something. Don’t order this mattress if you need one fast.

After extensive research and direct conversations with EcoTerra’s customer service, I purchased a medium firm queen mattress last year.
