I write this review with regret, but I feel it is important to share my experience honestly. After extensive research and direct conversations with EcoTerra’s customer service, I purchased a medium firm queen mattress last year. Great service !
after speaking with him he advised he would be following my order until completion. He did advise me he could not "guarentee" the exact date however would try and expedite it after that it was about one bisiness day and my order was being shipped. I do feel if I had not asked fo a supervisor my order would still be pending
This is not a review of the mattress but I just wanted to make sure that everyone who is looking at this location on google maps is aware that this is a warehouse. I thought it was a showroom and went out of my way to check out a mattress in person. There is no showroom to try out mattresses in person that I am aware of.
