Klaus who works for Ecco Terra beds was most helpful. Our mattress needed replaced and I have never had someone answer my questions in such a prompt and timely fashion. He asked me specific questions which I then answered. If this is how all Ecco Terra employees act then I give Ecco Terra 5 stars! Thank you again Klaus for all of your help!

I purchased the box spring and mattress and very happy with both. The box spring went together easily and very well made. The mattress is comfortable and as expected no toxic odors. Lastly, their customer service is top notch, I had some questions and Sarah responded immediately and very nice. Highly recommend.

Cindy was wonderful through what started as a difficult situation. We were sent a defected mattress which we sent pictures of. We were waiting almost a week for a clear response. Cindy listened and took the reins showing compassion and understanding, asked for our order number and resolved the issue overnight while consulting with management. I ordered a latex pillow from here to help with shoulder/neck pain, and its done a great job so far! Its a big pillow, I didn't even realize until months later that they accidently sent me a size smaller than what I had ordered. When I reached out to them about this mix-up I experienced great communication with Cindy from their customer service team, who was very prompt and helpful in getting the situation sorted! Solid products and service, can only recommend.
