A once great place to get your taxes done, alas all empires must fall. The lack of communication or answering of simple questions I had while setting up a business LLC led me down a path of way more taxes than I anticipated. When I questioned as to why this was they must've had amnesia and claimed I "should've set my business up differently." In reality I asked the questions and they ignored them and set it up wrong.
